Orders and Queries

For any queries or requests you can contact us through the Contact Us page or leave a comment in the comments section.  We will endeavour to be in touch within 24 hours of receiving your query.  We will contact you back with a quote or any alternatives/suggestions if required.  Please ensure you leave an email address or NZ phone number so we can contact you with this information.

For orders, please Email us at backpocketdesigns@xtra.co.nz.  In this email, please detail if you are either wanting something that we have listed as in stock using the code given after each photo on the In Stock Page, or if it is to be a custom made item. For custom made items, you have the option of choosing from anything you view on our website in terms of designs and fabrics that have been already been pre-made or the other option is to choose your own fabric from one our of online fabric retailers* and match this with one of our designs, please send us a query first to confirm we can do this for you and for a list of our online fabric retailers.
In your order email, please provide us with your address and details for postage.  Once we have your address we can provide you with the postage amount and our banking details for payment.
Please Note, presently payments are via bank transfer only.  Upon payment being received we will process and ship your order immediately if the item is currently in stock. If it is to be custom made, we have a 10 day turnaround time from order confirmation to the order being shipped to you.

Shipping costs will be confirmed upon ordering and will be determined by your location within New Zealand.

We offer a gift service.  Please let us know if this is being sent as a gift to someone, we can send it directly to them or yourselves, depending on your preference and we have several gift wrapping options available*.  We are more than happy to help you with your gift options.

* a small surcharge may be applied for this service, you will be advise on confirmation.
